So when Shaqweeus Williams, who looks like a drug dealer, rolls into the pharmacy with a LEGAL prescription by a liscensed MD for 100 Percocet and 60 Xanax, that he paid cash to get, the pharmacist should fill it?
If it is from a legit MD, abso-fricking-lutley.

The pharmacist didn't follow store policy. That will be her downfall.
1. A protocol was in place.
2. The protocol wasn’t followed.
3.
4. CHANGE LAWS!!!’bmbb REEEEEEEEE!!

You clearly are not in the medical field.

But IMO, yes they should fill all of them and let the Dr that wrote the scripts take the fall.

You do realize that “pill mill doctors” are legit MDs right? Nah probably not.

If its part of the job she accepted, no.
The nurse has the right to not perform her job, but should be ready for the ramifications of that decision. You don't get to pick and choose the duties of your position.
Should a pharmacist be allowed to refuse AIDs meds to a gay person because he believes all gay people should die a horrible death?

I agree, but for the fact that Dr's can't refuse service to someone based on their religion or morals
They can and they do.

No, I absolutley realize that. Let the Dr be 100% responsible for the scripts that he/she writes.

Again you clearly are NOT in the medical field. When it comes to things that have huge ethical grey areas you most certainly do get to pick and choose your duties. Laws protect that very thing for those in the medical field.

IDK what profession you are in but i bet there is some things you wont do, that some others would, whether it be because of ethics or confidence.
There's nothing that my job duties require that I won't do, unless it is illegal. If my employer, for some reason, required me to do something illegal, then I would most likely refuse but be ready to be fired for not doing what my job required me to do.

Again....you clearly are not in the medical field.
Refusing to serve fries to someone is a bit different than refusing to assist with something on a patient that you morally object to.

Ah yes, we have gotten to the name calling.
And THAT scenario is ILLEGAL, which brings us back to my point. The morality of this hypothetical isn't in question at this point, the legality of what the patient did is.

Good.
He doesn't want to help the baby killer in her disgusting attempt at murder.
Give the man a raise.

There was someone more than willing to make a cake for him, but he decided to try and force someone that didn't want to, to do as such. Let the market decide. Let people make their own decisions and be as mean or hateful as they want, as long as no one is enacting violence.
unless you are selling cakes, of course
sorry, couldn't resist
