Great location, big houses but most are probably dated. A few homes flooded in 16' but I think most of the neighborhood was ok.

Kenilworth is still really nice. We brought my kid to his godfathers house over there for Halloween last year.

That neighborhood is still one of the really nice subdivisions in the city limits.

A lot of the older folks are leaving/passing away and a lot of young families are moving in.

The parade on the 4th is always nice.

Walden is still $$$.

Oh, none of Kenilworth flodded. The neighborhood is on an incline.

Looks like alot of the houses took some water on the BR gis flood map.

The map does not seem accurate to me, I was in Walden several times right after the flood and only recall that many houses getting water in them.

About 6 houses flooded in Walden, 3 in Magnolia Woods, and the Magnolia Woods poolhouse.

I’ve been looking at all of them. 100K minimum to update adequately . Don’t pay asking you and I can collude to bring down price .

They live streamed this on Facebook and it was kinda hilariously bad.

Love Kennilworth though. I live in a nearby neighborhood.

I think that map shows water level and potential damage. Many of those yellow properties were likley high enough to not take water in them.

That map was very inaccurate in our neighborhood. Not nearly the amount of homes flooded as shown even after I submitted corrections to them.

I don't think this very accurate. I don't remember all those homes on Applewood flooding.

Those older homes are typically cheaper per sq ft though. They are also usually much better built unless you are using a custom builder. I'd buy one over a DR Horton or KB Home type of neighborhood in a heartbeat. Ask me how I know this
