That's pretty much all of Europe. When we go we leave a round up tip which is greatly appreciated. 98 euro tab? Drop a hundred and get many thanks for the extra.
And pretty much every place I have been to in Europe, they do not walk off with your CC, they have handheld scanners and do it at the table.
