I gave up on Britt during hurricane Isaac when they came back from commercial and she was caught on camera taking a bite of a Snickers and tried to hide it by quickly putting her arm under the desk. They were on like full time around the clock coverage. I doubt anyone cared that she was eating and she made it so awkward.

They are doing a great job. I had to go to a few places this morning and didn't get to see much of the coverage until about an hr ago when I got back home. Considering what's going on, they are doing a great job reporting confirmed information only.

I work in a newsroom/control room. It's extremely difficult to keep it all together with so many moving parts. Wall-to-wall coverage is very stressful.

When the feed got cut for Marcelle(?) because of "technical difficulties" when she started to preach gun control, I switched my dvr to record WAFB instead of WBRZ every night

Had to turn it off. As good as they've done, it was starting to be repetitive and recycled info. I'll tune back in tonight. Still though, fantastic job by those two.
