Legit IWHI

Hopefully she get disbarred. What a double standard to be prosecuting DWI' s and she commited the same offense. This won't end well, and rightfully so.

That sucks for her but cmon, you have to know better at 27, especially with a law degree and a job dealing with DUI's. She was booked at 4:30 AM so she had to have been partying hard

I would be shocked if a single DUI got an attorney disbarred. I know multiple attorneys in Tennessee with DUIs - it normally takes a series of charges to lose your license to practice. She may lose her job as an ADA though.

That would be like getting a "Drug Judge" that was a coke head.

I'm not throwing stones at anyone.
Yeah, drunk driving is a complicated subject for most of us. Virtually all of us have done it, lots of us did it extensively as youngsters. But the alcohol related carnage on our highways can't be denied or ignored. Even the OT has yet to come up with anything trashier or more purely selfish than drunk driving. But still, so many of our youthful memories involve riding the back roads with a cooler of beer. I just can't judge too harshly on something I got away with a thousand times as a young moron.
And yes, young Elizabeth Perkins could get shinered.
