Why would anyone do volunteer work in North Baton Rouge? They don't care about their community.. Why should anyone else?

I thought they were past this now that Nottoway burned down and Lee's statue was removed.

This has been happening and going unreported for years.
Most of the workers aint exactly the kind that can go to the police or even speak english

That's no excuse. There are plenty of people of the paler persuasion who won't go work there because it's just not worth the risk.
There was at least one worker who was killed in NBR in the past year. I think he was heating and air guy, but I'm not sure.

I don’t live in BR and never would. If I have to travel into or through BR I have the Smith and Wesson locked and loaded with hollow points.

Yes fence it off with electric high voltage lines

Sounds like good organizations need to pull out of there and let the Burn Loot Mangle thugs destroy themselves.

NBR needs to be fenced off like Gaza.
Then bombed and leveled by D9 Dozers
Could become a strategy …

Nothing unsafe about south Baton Rouge. Stay away from NBR and you’ll be fine
New Orleans is a different story. You have to be on guard everywhere

That's not how it happened. They approached us and started trying to have casual conversation and were acting like they wanted to help us build the fence. But since one of them was wearing a mask and the other a hoodie in 90° weather, I knew that something was not right so I can continue to work while having a casual conversation with them up until the point that they started pulling the guns out and asking them to shoot them and I told them I did not want them to shoot the guns off because I did not want to deal with the police and the one guy that did speak the whole time said that they would go to war with the police and end anybody they had a problem with. Then they asked if we wanted to buy one of the guns they had, only after they asked me what my nail gun did and I pulled the safety back and shot a couple Nails across the yard. They asked us to see if we wanted to buy the guns and my best friend said he doesn't buy hot guns and I looked the guy dead in the eyes and said I don't play with guns. Then I crouched down to check the level of the fence post we were setting in concrete because during the whole previous parts of the conversation, I was actually Mixing concrete and pouring concrete into a hole for a fence post. So when I crouch down, that's when my friend reached up to hold the post steady with my stepdad standing behind him and the other assailant close to the house facing all of us and the other guy who was wearing the hoodie with the AR-15 pistol put the AR to the back of my head and touch the back upper right section of the back of my skull and told me don't effing move if you move I'm going to blow your effing brains out. Both the AR-15 pistol and the Glock 30 had been illegally modified with switches to make them fully automatic. I reacted as quickly as I could, taking around 13 bullets. Doctor said they pulled 11 out of me which doesn't count the one I spit out with three of my teeth after it had gone through my ulna bone in my forearm and deflecting into my mouth knocking out three of my teeth and cutting three quarters of an inch of my tongue out of my tongue.

I'd have to check my calendar up at work, but I'm pretty sure I only had building a fence scheduled for that day LOL. It was perhaps I forgotten appointment that I just completely let slip my mind.
