ViolationInfo Red Light Ticket??

Does anyone actually pay these camera tickets?
Are they even submitted to EBR police? I went to check the BR City Court website and put in my info and it says there's no violations that come up but this ViolationInfo.com says I owe $152 for running a red light 4 months ago?
Should I just trash it? I don't want it to bite me in the a$$ one day

I've had 5 or 6... never paid any of them
If you don't pay some place in Ohio then you'll get a few letters from some attorney in Arizona... just ignore them all and they'll give up in a few months.

Straight in the trash. Nothing will happen to you other than getting more notices from collection agencies that are out of the state. It is a civil violation, not a criminal one, and they have no proof you received the notice.

Good luck when you go to register your car.

There is no proof of due process unless you provide the proof yourself.

Ohio tried to ban them but the Supreme Court ruled that unconstitutional.
Now the court (after shifting more Red) ruled that the state can withold local government funds for entities that use the cameras.
There aren't many left here. And they are going after the rest of them now by making them be licenses for $100,000 a year. Only the tiniest of villages have them since they don't get much if any from the local government fund.

They may have, but the state essentially tied local funding to them. There's not that many left any more and they're in small places (but they could still be near or within big cities).

Nothing will happen. I've registered a new car and renewed a couple of times, gotten a new DL... the OMV has no record of those EBR red light tickets.
But feel free to waste your money so you won't live in fear.

Texas took a decade long to ban them after they were voted down in Houston
they're still grandfathers in a few places, to let the contract run its course

I had two.
One was for speeding in a school zone, during Easter Break.
I was told I could go to court to appeal.
I asked when I would get a hearing.
I was told that if there is time at the end of the day, and the judge feels like it, I might get to appeal.
I said frick it, and ignored the citation.
I was booted in November, while in New Orleans for work.
The only way to get the boot off was to pay the "fine" online and they sent a text with the release code.
I did that shite because the alternative was having my truck towed, that day.
I sent them nearly $500 and they sent the code, AND instructions to drop off their fricking boot at a station under an overpass!
They make you bring their fricking boot back to them!
I now attach a surcharge for any work I do in that shite hole.

Take a photo of $152 and send it to them.

Speeding in a school zone is not the same as a red light camera ticket

They are using vans that look like Google Maps vehicles.
They scan all plates as they go down a street.
That is forwarded in real time to meter maids who come and boot your vehicle.
It started in October of last year.
Good luck not paying their bullshite fines.

Did you miss the part where I wrote that school wasn't in session?
And yes red light cameras and speed cameras are operated by the same company.

We're talking about EBR red light camera tickets... you're talking about something completely unrelated
