Not really, no.

The "no justice, no peace" chants are a little out of touch. The cop is in jail and will stand trial.

I'm not talking about relevance in regards to bullshite chatter. I'm talking about relevance in the eyes of the law.

I think without the video, the cop probably gets away with it.

Yet this will probably turn into a "racist white cop kills innocent black man" narrative instead of "white and black cop kill unarmed black man" true narrative.

I only saw one cop pull his gun and shoot..Black cop didn't do any killing

Forensics could conclude he was shot in the back while running away. I think there would be less people up in arms on both sides of the coin if there was no video, but I think the same legal conclusion could be reached. Or maybe not. Who knows?

In my opinion, the most interesting part of this video is the black cop watching the white cop plant the evidence and do nothing in response.

You find this the most interesting part of the video? wow.

What should he have done? Gotten into an intense argument with his partner on the scene of a crime.

I wonder if this was the part where Slager claimed to perform CPR.

But without the video the narrative to this incident would probably be different. You'd have the same people standing behind the blueline. While others would side with the victim.

It will also be interesting to read what the police report says took place.

After forensics came back, he would go to prison, just like he will now. Do you think anytime an officer is involved in a shooting they should be thrown in prison until the facts come out?
