I was wondering how long the cop was going to play ring around the rosy with him and would there be a point where he would realize that if he stopped chasing him in a circle he would be able to have the edge on him.
I am assuming the driver was meth'd up or something. I know I am stating the obvious, but we really do have a serious drug problem in this country and I think that plays a big factor in all the crazy bullshite that plaques this country. Homelessness, kids coming from fricked up families, people not wanting to work, etc.
