They say Kyle is in this video beating on a woman. They are going to really pull out all stops roasting this kid. I can’t tell if it’s Kyle or not. But they are definitely trying to demonize him.

What if is him? Why should his past discretions be ignored, but not others. If you don't have a problem with Arbery and Breonna Taylor's past being laid out then you shouldn't have a problem here.

Well of course. Facts haven't mattered so far for these folks, why should it now?
We still have people beating the "he stole the rifle from his house and drove it across state lines" drum when it's been disproved multiple times.

I find this fascinating with regards to how we will use video footage in legal cases moving forward. All snippets I have seen clearly show him defending himself. He states he is there to defend property. All legal. He is out of state and under age. Illegal. Very interested to see how the system lands on this.

I agree, I believe most incidents should be viewed in a vacuum unless there is an established line of behavior.
That said the next time the court of public opinion or the mediates this happen will be the first time this happens.
I'm just saying, be consistent...
