Video: guy kills unarmed neighbor after telling him to slow down and plays victim

Joseph Gonzales was arrested and charged with first degree murder in a road rage shooting in front of his home. Gonzales is seen on video yell at a speeding driver. The driver backs up and a verbal exchange is heard. After a short verbal exchange Joseph can be seen shooting the victim several times in the back. Joseph then yells at the body, and he then proceeds to rifle through the deceased victims Scout. Joseph then is seen casually parking his truck in his yard. Eventually Joseph calls 911 and he tells 911 that he was defending himself

Another case of someone getting shot over disrespek'.
So preventable on so many levels. Deceased could have kept driving and live to see another day, killer could have kept his fricking mouth shut and live the rest of his life a free man.
On another note, surprised that scout made it down the street without getting stuck. You can spit in front of one of those things and stick it.

The neighborcam reveals all.
He had possible self defense for the first shot if the guy was threatening him. But the next three... in the back? Manslaughter.
That guy was speeding and that annoys me as well. But not a reason to murder...

This just shows you how people get killed and go to jail for the stupidest things. None of that should have happened and easily avoidable.

I had that problem too. I motioned for them to slow down too. I stayed on the phone with the sheriff traffic division every day. They got tired of me calling. They sent out a couple of motorcycle cops, but the neighbor had slowed down because he, his brother, wife, and son all worked for the sheriff. They must have been tipped off. Couple years later he, and the sheriff went to prison.
