Curious, what do you do?

I commute to work 40-50 min each way. I don't drive for work other than that.
Should I make them pay for my vehicle/gas/etc. as the commute is devaluing my truck by piling miles on it at an alarming rate?

I think like welfare can't go to movies, you shouldn't be able to use your company car to go to the movies.

Fleet truck, all expenses paid, but we have to have monitors in our trucks.

Start looking for another job. Your company will be out of business this time next year. Bookmark it.

My budget is $27500 but our fleet mgr can get almost any make and model at factory cost. If you go over they divide the overage by 4 years (life of the lease) and deduct from annual bonus. Basically anything at $34k my budget will cover.
They pay for everything and anyone I give permission to can drive it.

Our mileage reimbursement program is administered by a company called Runzheimer. Pays a fixed amount of ~$540.00 on 1st of the month. Keep track of your mileage for that month then paid for the actual mileage for that month on the 15th of the following month.
Program requires you average 1000 miles/month driving. Actual mileage paid based on average gallon of regular gas in your region. Program requires car be no older than 3 years old. The company gives you 7 years before you need a new car, but you're taxed quarterly for overpayments if you're out of compliance after 3rd year.
Between the fixed and variable amounts I usually get paid ~$800+/month. Fixed amount alone pays my note.
