Wax isn't in this vape and even if it was, it wouldn't have "leaked" and made everyone sick. And there is no "death" level of marijuana. And if you call being way too high "tripping", then you've never really tripped on something.

Just to clarify it is weed, just purified to the point it is WAY to potent. IMO

It's called Wax. It is VERY strong. It is like Weed on Steroids times 10. This will be a huge issue very soon. I am not sure about deathly, but it can have you tripping so hard you wish you were dead.
No. Wax and oil are different, but both are concentrates.
Concentrates vary from 60-90% thc. Most are in the 60s, but some claim purity over 99%. Modern weed varies from 15-30%. That is, unless you're still buying Mexican brown from, which is 2-5%. So yeah, if your weed sucks, it might be weed on steroids x 10 (or technically 45x stronger than Mexican shite). But with my weed, it's only 2-3x stronger.
And technically, just the weed I smoke daily, will make a nonsmoker miserable high. That's why your listen to regular who tell you to only take one hit. It's also why I think most modern stains are bad for irregular smokers. A 50/50 CBD/THC mix is much better.
One of my favorite strains is Ambulance. The weed is like 10% CBD and THC. The shatter (concrete) was 30% for both. Great buzz that's very relaxing.

Probably but I've been handling concentrates daily for years with no gloves and I haven't experienced any ill effects. Much less the pandemonium described in the article. The story is extremely fishy.

when is this supposed to be an issue? Concentrates have been popular for YEARS now and no you will not be tripping...
