I think it's funny when people brag about the low cost of living of where they live at.

It's not always a bad thing. I make the same amount of money as some of my co-workers that live in other states and my money goes further.

I live in Nashville too. 5 years ago the townhouse my wife and I live in cost her $200,000. Just last month two of them sold for $250,000. It's booming in nashville

Come on now.

Nothing can be as horrible as Mississippi

Poverty, high obesity levels, no real major metropolitan areas, no pro team wants to even set foot in that state it sucks so much, ugly beaches with shite colored water, higher levels of illiteracy, etc, etc.

Name one good thing about Mississippi

Alabama became a state 25 years before Florida. Bama could have claimed the whole damn panhandle for themselves.

Nashville is quickly turning into Portland or Austin in terms of desirability. Doesn't surprise me.

Sorry you don't like the obesity, poverty, health and education stats. I don't really blame you.

Yes, because AL, LA, Ark, GA, and FL are all in the top ten States and only MS is at the bottom.

There's a reason we all say thank God for MS.

Still, there is a dropoff.

We'll see. Frankly, I see Nashville capping at some point. The best thing it has got going for it is the Medical industry. I'll absolutely give you that (that's the main reason why I have been doing work in the city for the past 20 years). Nashville has changed drastically...overnight (literally over the span of 10 years). The prices have skyrocketed and it's causing a frenzy. People, especially the sellers, are over inflating the value of their real estate and simply taking advantage of the naive buyer.

Here's a business tip. Take it for what it's worth.

The best time to buy is when no one wants to buy...
