Exactly. The attorneys in question are very much a part of the game and they will see to it that the game goes on via the bench and the legislature.
An attorney doesn't work for me, he is an officer of the court just like the judge and the bailiff and the cop who wrote the ticket. These lawyers are rewarded for their behavior because it's good for business to pass laws and enforce them, and not allowing so many frivolous lawsuits means less people coming through those court doors. The people are the ones who lose out.
I very much blame the POS lawyers who do this type stuff. They know how scummy they are.

I remember the Norco explosion back in the early 90’s. There was a class action lawsuit where people who claimed damage to their foundation or house from it got paid.

The motherfrickers blocked in a PSV and blew a fricking flange. Dumbasses didnt account for the weather change with the passing storm. Someone lost a weave to a flange fire anfd there was a lot of noise. Didn't even ask for outside help.

There’s only one shell Norco explosion I know of. That fricker was heard and get for far - woke us up and we felt it in Lakeview. My dad got called shortly later to go out there.
