You might be missing the part where the vaccinated don’t die.

Bad choice of words. Does similar viral loads, work better?
No.
Viral loads depend on a host of variables only one of which is vaccination status. Unvaccinated people are going to have widely different viral loads upon infection, same for any subgroup.
However, the data does suggest that vaccinated individuals clear their viral loads much, much faster than unvaccinated.
Which means that if a vaccinated person and an unvaccinated person both contract COVID and both have a similar viral load on day two, the vaccinated person will shed their viral load much faster and be less contagious on day five, ten, etc. than the unvaccinated person.

Yeah they are. 2 in my family.

Like the COVID vaccine is ineffective … false, they are incredibly effective.
No they arent. And thats from both the CDC and the vaccine companies. We went from this in March:
quote:
“Vaccinated people do not carry the virus — they don’t get sick,” Dr. Rochelle Walensky, director of the CDC, told MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow on Tuesday. That’s “not just in the clinical trials, but it’s also in real-world data.”
To this is July:
quote:
Dr. Rochelle Walensky said that three new COVID-19 studies show that the efficacy of the vaccines has dropped among individuals who received their shots early on in the pandemic.
Nobody can call that INCREDIBILY effective. INCREDIBILY effective doesnt involve a surprise announcement about an ongoing booster series, every 6 months

It just makes sense to me.
If you can catch covid enough to have symptoms than it is possible to have enough viral load to transmit it. Vaxed, Unvaxxed, Virgins and second cases can all get enough viral loads.
What are the chances of developing the viral loads? Not sure. Right now we know unvaxxed seem to be more than vaxxed. Does recovered offer less chance than just vaccinated for developing the viral loads, not sure on that.

Why are you purposefully ignoring that the virus mutated into a variant causing breakthrough cases that became dominant here from March to July? You’re being disingenuous.

Was an autopsy performed that pinpointed cause of death? Because two people dying after getting a vaccine doesn’t mean the vaccine killed them.
There is no scientific study that finds any increased risk of death after vaccination other than nominal risk of allergic reaction which we have with basically any medication.

No they arent.
Again, the data is pretty clear. Vaccination results in an exponentially lower rate of serious disease and shedding period. They are incredibly effective.

Agreed, but I was referencing the initial viral load, not days into it.

Well, vaccinated are way less likely to be spreaders. So far fewer people spreading it.
That is starting to be not the case. Why they are calling for boosters.

did they control for obesity with this one?
I love the data showing the fats have higher viral loads and more severe cases regardless of vaccine status lol

You are so close to a moment of clarity.
They are calling for boosters so fewer people will be spreading it. Kind of like many vaccines, they require boosters.

yes sir we know why you're so adamant about getting your jabs lol

I had my 6 mo check up on Monday. My dr’s concern is that as long as there is a large group of unvaxxed in the population the virus will just keep spreading and mutating.
His words were, “we may never get rid of the virus.”

I got mine because someone close to me can't. Figure if I won't exclude them or change my habits then I should do what I can to lessen my chances of getting then transmitting it.
Everyone has their reasons for getting or not getting them. To each their own.

So we have created a vaccine that turns subjects into asymptomatic carriers, great idea
Not sure what your main point is, if you're vaccinated and do get Covid, it stands to reason you can then pass it on similarly to the unvaccinated who catch Covid.

My biggest takeaway in the article linked in the OP is that asymptomatic vaccinated can spread Covid.
If this is the case, is it wrong to think that the virus can continue to mutate in the vaccinated as well as the unvaccinated?

It will mutate.
It's going to mutate.
Whether in the US or abroad.

The highest level of protection that has been presented are the people who have had covid and survived.

Maybe there will someday be a cure for covid. There will never be a cure for stupid.
