I can piss anywhere. I have a crewcab, just open both doors and act like I'm looking for something.
I don't piss in a bottle but I don't exit the interstate either.

I keep one of those red "porto-john" containers under my drivers seat but it doesn't hold enough if you have a full bladder.
I was thinking of rigging up a one gallon gas can with some radiator hose. I travel a lot and drink a lot of water, so I always have to piss. It makes for a long trip if you have to stop every 30 mins to take a leak.

Make sure to take the cap off. I've made that mistake, wife wasn't too happy about it

It only rakes a few seconds to stop on the shoulder and check the air in the passenger tires.
