Huh, looks like my old hood is up to the same things it has always been up to. I used to live next to the cafe on Panola. Armed robberies of Tulane kids by thugs with lengthy records were almost a weekly occurrence. Nice to know some things never change.

Yes..there is a negotiator and chief Ferguson in a house on Broadway with the suspects family members. I spoke to someone out there that has a friend lives across the street from the house and he said she is not allowed to leave so shes been posting videos and whatnot all over social media..I didnt get the name//
Apparently according to the NOPD guy I spoke with there are still 4 people hes holding hostage.
The place is surrounded with SWAT armored vehicles. dogs and at least 50 SWAT guys walking around with AR's
Supposedly he went into this house last night and then when he tried to leave this morning he carjacked someone to escape and NOPD was already in the area investigating the crimes he committed over the weekend and they caught him on the spot., then he ditched the car and ran back into the house

Tulane's PR department has to be working overtime to figure out a way to publicly clarify what a "Tulane affiliate" is, and they better hope no more "affiliates" end up getting shot by this guy.
