Hit the bottom of your fuel tank with the flat side of a hammer in the middle of the tank. It might crank up. Make sure it has gas in it before doing this, at least half a tank.
Also have the key on while doing this.

Makes a quiet buzz. If you didn't know what it sounds like or weren't listening for it, you'd probably miss it

It's your cam shaft. Provides compression to pistons and what not. Get ready to get arse raped by your dealership. Just got mine replaced..

I'll be sure to update the thread when they figure it out. Thanks again.

Tacomas have cat issues for sure. A couple of common catalytic converter related codes.
Probably had o2 sensor codes indicative of a clogged cat.
Could also be fuel, but if you knew how to check the pressure at the shrader valve on the fuel rail you could see if you are getting fuel pretty easily. IF you want to see if it's a bad cat, then remove the O2 sensor(s) before the catalaytic converter and then try to start the truck. If it starts, you know for sure you have a clogged catalytic converter, if it does not start, then likely a fuel issue.

Best way to diagnose the fuel pump:
Turn the key to run (not start) and have someone listen by the fuel tank for a buzz

Lol, man if you need somebody to fix your poor ankle mobility or treat the dysfunction in your shoulder, I'm your guy. You don't want me anywhere near a machine unless it has the words "free motion" written on it

No, still waiting. But now that you're here, why dont u predict what it is so I can rule that out? Lol

Crank sensor, fuel pump relay, fuel pump, ignition switch.
Those are my guesses.

Good ending! thanks for coming back and finalizing

w/o reading all the pages yet, I'm gonna guess it is a GM truck with the in tank fuel pump starting to fail.
This increased resistance on the circuit led to fuse popping.

Bad connection or just a bad fuse. Glad it was simple fix

Tacoma. Yeah I'm wondering what would cause that. Is it the symptom of a bigger problem?

I hope that's the end. Told my guy to give everything a look over and prolly gonna do a tune up. Poor lil truck needs some TLC, lol

If it's a legit shop with a good equipment, they can hook it up to a live scanner and probably figure out what caused it
