I am not advocating firing him...I am saying they will find "justification". I don't remember the exact wording, but it was pretty clear in the feds written report that he didn't use what would be considered the best police tactics to de-escalate the situation.

translation from the new chief, I've made my decision, but have to meet with the two officers today to let them know they will be fired, and we will release the information later this week.
