In his ruling a judge stated of Kohlhepp, “at the age of 9, he was ‘explosive’ and ‘preoccupied with sexual content.’ He has not changed. He has been unabatedly aggressive to others and destructive of property since nursery school.”
He went on to say, “Twenty-five months of the most intensive and expensive professional intervention, short of God’s, will provide no protection for the public and no rehabilitation of this juvenile.” Kohlhepp also had extensive counseling, including hospitalization, for his behavior in Georgia, court records say.
The court documents also include a psychiatric evaluation that say Kohlhepp destroyed his room with a hammer, destroyed other children’s projects, cloroxed a goldfish, shot a dog with a BB gun, was dismissed from the Boy Scouts because he was too disruptive, and shredded his own new clothes. The report also says his father made a statement saying the only emotion Kohlhepp was capable of was anger.

I wonder just how he was able to kidnap these two adults, seems as if there would have been a real struggle kidnapping them in broad daylight.
I'm wondering if he lured them into the container the girl was found in by telling them he had tools in there or something.

Well, don't mince words your honor. Damn.

He was living with his biological father in Tempe, AZ at the time of the kidnapping. According to court documents, Kohlhepp forced the girl into his home and tied her hands and put tape over her mouth and sexually assaulted her.

The fact he was a free man after those findings shows how fricked up the justice system is here.

Has he been shot in the head yet?

I hope not. Let's find all the bodies, first.
This will be the easiest death penalty case in a long time, though.

The world has no use for people like that. Just throw them in a metal crusher at the recycle facility.

She had supposedly answered a Craigslist aa at some point prior and had cleaned a few houses for him prior to his agency putting them on the market.
He contacted her about clearing the property where she was found... Boyfriend accompanied her out there. They knocked/rang the door of the 2-story structure (garage below with bedroom above)... TK opened the door and shot the bf dead immediately.

This is crazy. I wonder how many he has killed. The boyfriend, 4 at motorcycle shop and supposedly 1 or 2 more buried on the property. I'm sure it's way more than that though.

To me - Unless he contacted her via burner phone - It just screams even more incompetence by the cops. That would mean her phone did more than just ping there.
