And Stockholm is open. Both NYC and Stockholm had the same infection curve.

Look at Santiago, Chile's curve. They have been on a strict lockdown since March 16. That would have been like the US locking down on February 16.

Yep.
But, people will claim herd immunity from infection won't work.
Example after example.
Arizona's drop will be more drastic than Louisiana. Most of their population is in one area.
To put into perspective Arizona has only 3 or 4 state universities.

LDH still shows today icu and regular beds available in all regions (except 2 as that info was being reviewed it seems).
WHY do they keep saying "we're full" when the LDH info CLEARLY says that they're not????

Might be within their buffer zone of where they prefer to operate.
For instance below an 1/8th tank of gas I would say my tank was empty, but I can still drive somewhere.

Good analogy but if my brain hears "full", we're FULL. If I have 1/8 of a tank I don't say, I'm on empty ... I need gas.
