How are you feeling? I’m about back to normal today (symptoms started Wednesday). Just tired & have a headache.
I hate this year for making me even remotely worry about a moderate illness. The anxiety has been worse than the virus.

We couldn’t. My husband & I started getting symptoms within a day of each other, and had both been around the baby a ton at that point. Our parents are all in their 70s, so we couldn’t send him off to them since he was exposed.
Thankfully, babies don’t seem to get severe symptoms often, but any illness is bad when they’re as young as ours. He’s doing fine so far. I hate feeling like I’m poisoning him every time I hold him (I’d feel that way with any illness; COVID just has that extra factor to make you feel like a leper).

Wear a mask if you have covid around any family to decrease viral load and isolate as much as possible, wash your hands. GL

Is there anyway to take these though in quantities that supposedly make a difference without eating 20 pills a day? I read what people advice and then go read the bottles and realize I would have to take 10 of these zinc pills to reach that dosage recommendation.
