I can't really comment much else guys, that article is public record so y'all take from it what you will. This trial is NOT OVER, and that was just today's testimony, although it was pretty compelling IMO. I can't risk fricking up a conviction for something said on the Internet.
For some reason, I feel like this is your best post in this thread. You are dedicated to this and getting those shite thugs put away in the black hole that's called Angola.
Peace to you man and I am in awe of victims like you who are their own biggest advocate.
Your friend's family has my thoughts and payers.

I leaned over to see him, looked directly in his eyes, pulled the mic close to my mouth, and said with conviction the truth that he did what I said he did. He didn't react, he saw in my eyes I wasn't fricking around.
He remembers the first time he tried to kill me, he knows I'm no pussy, and he knows he did it.
I hope that son of a bitch shite himself.

frickin defense attorneys

frickin defense attorneys
All this yet lunatic lefties think we shouldn't have guns to protect ourselves. If I can't find my 9mm, I promise I'll be unloading shotgun shells in the blink of an eye. Stories like this is why I don't live in town.

Haven't read the rest of the thread yet, but I hope you left it at this and you come back and tell us your story after the trial is over. No reason to give his attorney any possible ammo for anything.
Glad this is finally going to trial man you and your friends and families deserve closure and justice. And I'm glad I'm not the defense attorney. It's a horrible job.

Ya it was. Just saw the article my bad. Heard that area was really nice before Katrina.

This was in the north by the lake not in the city. Not the best area of town either.

Best of luck in locking these animals up for a long time and bringing closure for you. I just realized that this crime was only a block from my old house on Pastuer.

The craziest thing about this case to me has always been that I had Joshua Lee under cross examination in criminal Court just a few hours after he did this. He was a surprise witness who was not disclosed to us, and I remember asking him for his name as he sat there so I could have my investigator run his rap to impeach him. To think you can do this and then show up at Criminal Court to testify for another murderer right after just blows my mind.
Your life is like what I see on the movies!

Corky, so we're these shite heads out for some weed money? What prompted the robbery?
Come on bro, you know I can't comment on that.

Good luck rest of the trial. I know it's gotta be tough to relive the events and be in front of the tPOS who did this to yall.
