because to my knowledge all they have right now is she died, they think it was a homicide, he was the last person they know of that saw her alive, he used her debit card, and they had a fight days earlier. That's not much evidence and unlikely to even be enough to get to probable cause for an arrest. They're not going to charge him with murder until they have enough to confidently prosecute and indict him. That's why they went ahead issued a warrant for his arrest for credit card fraud so they can get him into custody and, hopefully, gather evidence they don't currently have.

Nope. Accident is a different manner of death classification. Coroner/ME has enough to eliminate accident at this point if they have come out saying it’s a homicide.

Homicide does not imply intent. Murder does. Murder is the intentional killing of another human being. Homicide can be unintentional. Homicide just means that one person's actions and/or negligence led to the death of another person.

Unless they've recently updated their report, they had yet to provide an official manner of death but that their preliminary opinion was a homicide. I haven't seen anything from them even stating cause of death such as blunt force trauma to the head or anything like that. Simply the FBI was investigating it as a homicide and the the coroner had yet to provide an official cause of death and the autopsy results were not yet complete.

His parents lawyer has a statement aboot the parents changing their minds aboot when BL left home. They now wsay it was the 13th, not the 14th, and that giving the wrong date was caused by confusion.
