I have only followed this thread casually and skeptically especially when small clips are posted. But once I saw the saw that full YouTube video of the couple driving down that back road and coming across the white van, yes it 100% looks like right rear door is open but then it closes as the vehicle approaches

This doesn't appear to be the exact location the shadowy figure is spotted. Looks to be more on the fringe/ bank of the creek. "Digging man" looked more like it was in a clearing. Too many trees to he exact same spot but definitely same vicinity.

Because people are saying he's digging a grave for gabby in the background. It seems unlikely he'd be digging a grave for her in the background and there's still someone alive to close the van door.

So this is where it gets interesting. She will likely be so decomposed that most or all tissue is gone. They will have to find something that shows Brian killed her.

But is it even the same area that they were searching? People are speculating because they think the helicopter footage from today looked like the same place in the Bethune video. But, wouldn’t there be a lot of place in the park that would look similar to other places?
