Only problem is that people won't take this one as seriously, either way.
Due to the "bust" just a week ago, people will feel like the SPC is juat crying wolf again.
The perception of a "bust" in a lower end outbreak like that is always going to be there if the damage isn't on a personal level for many. It is the selfish nature of people.
The SPC will keep doing what they do the best they can do it. It ultimately boils down to personal responsibility. It sucks, though, that some mets will view it as their failure if/when tragedy does happen.

I don’t disagree with you but I said it last week and I’ll say it again, with 25 tornadoes and idk how many houses leveled it’s a borderline miracle nobody was killed last week
I mean one lady survived by leaving her trailer, jumping in a ditch, and holding onto a tree
didn't I read there was a total of 41 tornadoes last week?
none were EF-3 or greater... but that's still a lot of tornadoes for 1 day

42 reports was the last I saw, and most of them occurred within the High Risk area.

This supposedly from that same cell

I don’t like the way those cells between Dallas and Waco are looking.
I think this system is going to be a mother fricker tonight and tomorrow

That cell is showing a hail spike big enough to make a woman happy

That baw has been hanging around Jeff P. too much. Only a matter of time before he gets a 632 mph wind gust.

There's probably gonna be quite a few hail reports over the next 12 hours or so. The storms rolling through MS/AL in the early AM have a good chance at producing decent hail.

Am I going to die at my son’s track meet at 7:15?

I mean....you could.

Didn’t mean this as a joke. We are supposed to arrive at 7:00 for him to run at 7:25. Radar shows that ugly line hitting then.

What tilt is he looking at there? Rotation doesn't look that healthy closer to the surface.
Probably has some good hail with it, too.
