Groupme is supposed to be a circle of trust. You are now outside that circle.

Kind of the things his friends here are reluctant to admit.

Beating the shite out of someone the running will make anyone need a breather, especially someone blackout drunk. Out of everything in this story, this is the weird part to question

Honestly, the people I know in here are close friends to his older brother

They likely dont know this kid as well, as he is 5 years younger than us. I think they are simply sticking up for him in defense of his older brother they are friends with....

But the officer said that he was so intoxicated he was having trouble standing. He didnt say he looked like a fat man off a treadmill that was having trouble standing

So is it confirmed he kicked the guy in the head? Is it just eye witnesses that have said this?

Isn't it possible that maybe they were scuffling and the guy fell and hit his head and eye witnesses are lying to get the white boy in trouble?

Just a theory.

He also said that there was a strong odor of alcohol coming off of him....so I guess he assumed he was intoxicated.

Could have been a mixture of both

I buy this. Just unfortunate bc he can't control himself when he's drunk and the panhandler had no idea he was fricking with a ticking time bomb. This is the kind of situation I see.
I've got friends like him and I don't take them around me or out in public when they are on that level.

What I don't see is a guy walking the streets of NO looking for the first bum whose skull he could crack open.

Doesn't really change the charges, it might change a plea though.
