A very similar story to this happened about 12 years ago. The guy that was beat up died two days after the incident. I'm not naming names but I'm sure many of you remember this road rage incident that happened off of Airline, near I-12. It eventually ended in a negligent homicide conviction and 5 years probation. Hillar Moore earned his money on that case.
