Allegedly. Also...be careful. When I was a prosecutor I recall there being a story of another prosecutor that got into some disciplinary issues for discussing a case his office was involved in anonymously on a message board.

The bum to cop ratio in that area doesn't favor your fantasy and there are many rent-a-cops around there too bc of the restaurants.
