Update** A/C Unit smashed - No copper missing

Any of yall ever see anything like this?
Someone cut the top out and attempted to cut the coils and compressor out, one fan blade was cut off and when the motor kicked on it was out of balance and did a death dance

I would guess the metal was defective and failed. Either that or it was noisy as hell and bugging your neighbor.

I can't see what is going on too well there...can you tell whether the fan blades are bent down or all wrapped around the center hub in the same direction?...
if they are all wrapped, that means that the unit was running when the failure happened....
if they are bent down, it was hit from the top while off....
you can kind of see where I am going with this....
