UPDATE: At least 290 people are dead in terrorist attacks in Sri Lanka this morning...

Three churches and three upscale hotels were targeted by as yet named terrorists. It is reported that 50 Christian worshippers are dead in one church alone. The true extent of the casualties will not be known for some time.
The official death tally as it stands now is 290. All six locations were hit with explosive devices. This was clearly an attack on Christians celebrating Easter. I'm not going to point any fingers, but I'm almost 100% certain the perpetrators were not Jews or Hindus.
Seven suspects are now in custody and are being described as "religious extremists." One of them checked into a hotel under the alias, Mohamed Azzam Mohamed.

We're waiting to hear from a friend there. He lives in Negumbo, where one of the bombs exploded. He's also Catholic, so he could have been in a church service with his family. fricking extremists (of any type).

Believe it ir not, there are Buddhists extremists as well.
Active in Sri Lanka, but I think recently they have been killing Muslims.
