Uotown Parade Restaurant Passes?

My older relatives and extended family go Uptown for one night to catch parades during the Mardi Gras season.
Back in the day they used to go to the St Charles location of Zea's, where for like $50 per person they'd get free parking, buffet of burgers, hot dogs, soft drinks, jambalaya, etc and restroom access all day.
Well for the last couple of years they've had to find other arrangements. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any restaurants/bars that offer access to bathroom, parking and indoor seating for a prepaid price. They don't really care if food is included as they're fine ordering off menu.
Every year it's approx about 35-40 people btw.

That NO Hamburger and Seafood place offers this sort of thing, I know.

Superior Grill mentions something about mardi gras on their website, but doesn't really provide any details.
I know they always have a big viewing stand set up.

You used to be able to get tickets for the balcony at the avenue pub. Not sure if that is still happening

Superior Seafood has their balcony. You usually can get individual passes for the smaller parades, but it’s private parties for the bigger parades. You don’t get parking but street parking or pay lots not too far away are options.

Lula Restaurant has passed. Not sure on pricing.
Looks like it is $50/person with a buffet, balcony, bathrooms, and private bar.

Zeas used to be awesome. We paid like $100/ticket and had regular food for the all day midcity/thoth/bacchus including the table all day. It was great. Now we just pay way more to rent a hotel room on the parade route for Nyx and Muses

Until last year, Superior Grill was open all day and tables available just for walking in. Last year, they changed it to an all-day reservation. Their site has not been updated in almost ten years, it appears.
Best thing would be to call them, or simply try the online reservation system and see what it tells you when you try to put in Feb. 25th.
We go there almost every year, and in years past, we would use their bathroom then after Rex would have lunch.
