Its still the land of opportunity. Poor people can get degrees online using Pel Grants.
The same Star Bucks we are talking about in this post offers FREE online tuition through Arizona State University for all employees.

Yep, kids have been conditioned to be "activists" and whine about their lot in life, instead of self actualizing.

Can tell who didn’t go to business school…He’s 100% right you dolt. I’m not saying it’s right, but it’s exactly the way it is. Pharma spends millions on R&D and once a drug gets approved has a few years to recoup before generics are allowed which, ostensibly, ends the patent holder’s profitability.
TLDR
Read a book, if you can.
So, I'm a dolt, and I should read a book, but you admit it's not right. Which is of course exactly the point that I was making. Thanks for agreeing with me, you dolt. And I'm sure that I'm more educated and read more books than you do.

Why would I tip you for pouring my $4.56 coffee into a cup?

"They descended on a hotel in Seattle". Like an army of shrieking, skinny, pasty white, androgynous, tards.

Not really.
Most everywhere else in the world has government-provided healthcare and, subsequently, negotiates drug pricing with the force of law behind it. "Collecting it worldwide" isn't a realistic option for drug companies. There's only one country with "free-market" healthcare and that is the USA.

Unions for no skill labor are not necessary

This explains why Starbucks did not put its nuts or butts on the table during pride month.
They played as cool as possible but now they will get eaten by the folks they helped defend at many points.
Sucks

however, they are lucky to get 28-32 hrs a week.
I’ve worked at coffee shops before. It was part-time while I was working on something else (school). If they offered me full time I would have said no. I didn’t have the time, and that’s how these jobs are supposed to be.
If you have more than 30 hrs/week to spend working in fast food or retail, you’ve made a wrong turn somewhere in life and should spend your effort bettering yourself instead of trying to unionize the high schoolers and college students you work with.
