You put yourself in his place.

Whether he violated law after being pulled over? Why wouldn't I? Why wouldn't you?

Is this just a case of not wanting your TD online peers to down vote you for seeing the law for what it is, and siding with "Dindu"?

Ironic, coming from you when just upstream you actually wrote, “I can almost guarantee…” as a statement of fact.

You're retired Florida LEO.

You're endorsing his quotes. Yes?

Ok so he was driving only 20+ over the speed limit which is definitely excessive. He didn’t comply with the officers and got what he deserved. Who was that dipshit at the end of the end video that pulls over in traffic to assist the jackass Hill?

Could've been 51 MPH. It was an "observed" and a subjective guess.

You're god damned right he did.
One of the officers made sure of it!

I think you may be right again...he did not get what he deserved.
What he deserves (in my opinion) is a beating worse than Rodney King!

to clarify...not for his latest actions, but for his previous violent transgressions of the law!

It's possible to be legally within one's rights, but be completely wrong to a reasonable person.

And, if that's the case, does that give the cops the authority act in a way that would, under normal circumstances, violate someone's rights?

In simpler terms, does someone acting inappropriately, but within their rights, give the police the right to violate their rights?

What I'm saying is we are looking at an image captured by a camera, not what the officer actually saw. It is well known that the human eye has more dynamic range and more resolving power than all but the most expensive of cameras. If the relatively low resolution body cam can distinguish those details, what could the human eye resolve?
Sounds like you are trying to determine what the human eye can see through tinted windows by using emotions, conjecture and assumptions.

Not at all. What I'm saying is we really don't know what the officer saw. We know what the camera recorded. And that the human eye and a body cam do not resolve images the same way. There is literally ZERO emotion in what I wrote.

Is your reading comprehension of the English language really that bad?
