That's a hell of a smart move with tinted windows when you've already got the cops riled up as is. They already don't trust you and see you as non-compliant and then you go and do that. What the hell would you be thinking in that situation if you were a cop? I know what I would be thinking.

The cops were definitely overly aggressive but the crux of the matter is you don't roll up your tinted windows in the middle of a traffic stop. It becomes a safety issue for the police because they can't see if you're calling your agent or grabbing your Glock out of the glove compartment.

He already had his license and was walking away. He was mad because Tyreke told him to hurry up and do what has to do. Contempt of cop.
His ego was hurt because the little citation he was going to write was of little consequence.
If he walks away and writes the citation and comes back with his ticket and his license and none of this happens. Instead he gets triggered by Tyreke telling him to hurry up and now he is on desk duty.
These people have no business working in public service.
