100% crunchy, in fact I add more nuts, stir it up, and put it back in the bottle.

But I try to avoid peanut butter, these days. Too much added sugar, in most brands....

I don’t know the last time I ate a pb and j.

I just spoon it out and put it in my mouth. So I go crunchy for this reason.
