Less legs equals leg drag when swimming. Upper body is doing like 90% of the work anyway.

But the legs keep a swimmer in their own lane. That’s how legs work. They are like a steering wheel while swimming. That’s what makes these swimmers even more talented

Let’s not go overboard. They have half of their legs plus little nubs.

You're absolutely wrong.....kicking is the most important when it comes to swimming....upper body is one thing but you gotta kick the entire time no matter what stroke youre doing

Sure. My pool is really good for this. Very long. Swimming IMO is the perfect way to exercise. Works every muscle and you avoid impact injuries and wear. Unless of course you dive head first in the shallow end like an idiot.
