WDBJ7 is discussing the suspect and how he was at work on air right now.

They said he was difficult to work with and police had to be called to remove him from the building.

It would be nice to hear something from the police along the lines of, "Yeah, he shot himself and was still alive when we got there. We didn't feel like helping him, and he deserved to die, so we just left"

yep.

Or that they helped him along by pumping a few more into him.

I just saw the camerman's girlfriend was working in the control room when it all happened. That's just so sad. This whole thing has made me so damn depressed.

Williams was at the station and then left to commit the murders?

eta this makes a little sense. If they would have looked out the corner of their eye slightly upon noticing him, maybe the outcome could have been different if he was indeed a former employee and not just a disgruntled current employee.

his manifesto will determine motive. no need in having a long drawn out trial. tPOS who was too much of a coward to stand trial for his actions. my only regret is that he won't be violated in prison

Sorry, I worded it poorly.

No, back when he worked there a couple years ago. His behavior led to him being removed from the building back then.

Shooter said it was because the reporter "made racist comments".

You can't pull the race card when you just killed two people you racist a-hole. Black people kill white people all the damn time, and it has to literally be on live TV before its noticed.

From what I understand he was fired awhile back.

Vester Flanagan is a former reporter at WBDJ who went by the name Bryce Williams. He was fired by the station at some point in the past.
