I almost always arrive to this light not long after it has turned red. I will turn right onto Siegen and make a uturn, which is extremely easy b/c of how the lights are timed as no one will be coming. When I do this, i hit every single green light down Siegen and i'm on the interstate in less than 30 seconds from the time i turned right from Industriplex. If i sit there at the light waiting to turn left, it's a good 4-5 minutes before i'm actually on the interstate.

I believe this because I saw him do it!!!

Right on Fieldstone, left on Cedar Park, then left out to Siegen.

>Leaving Home Depot on Highland to take a left onto Highland or straight to Old Perkins lets about 1.5 cars through

>Airline northbound left turn lanes to Highland let 4-5 cars through

Just pass the greenlight tax. We'll totally get them fixed this time according to every mayor ever.

Even worse, if you're heading west on Old Hammond you have to wait for an arrow for east bounders turning into Chevelle every time (there are usually zero)....but on you wait....

I live in Tara and use this light all the time.

If you are on Broussard trying to cross Acadian Thruway during non-school zone hours the green light lasts 10 seconds allowing only about three cars to pass through before turning red. Ridiculous

Every light on Acadian is straight retarded

This light probably helps keep traffic from bunching up at Tara and/or Drusilla more than it already gets most days and allows some breaks in the traffic flow for people to turn off of Brentwood.
That’s understandable during rush hour.

My additions are North Blvd & 19th, North Blvd & 22nd, and Govt by Curbside and Calandro's. The first have horrible sequencing that takes forever. The last one doesn't take very long, but it constantly turns red with no one on the cross street.

Yes! Gets me a cussin’ to and from church!

Then you know that 15 seconds is ample time to get out, and that a flashing yellow arrow is all that’s needed to get in.

Old Hammond Hwy/Chevelle Dr.

I think this light is broken. The vehicle loops don’t work.

That would explain everything because it’ll be green for Chevelle for 30 seconds and there’s not a single car coming from there.

Didn’t the previous mayor get a tax passed to sync up all the traffic lights ?
What happened to that deal ?

Perkins at Kenilworth and Perkins at Quail are two of the worst. And yes after the power goes out that’s a wrap on the lights being synchronized. Still don’t understand why BR can’t do flashing yellows late at night. Can’t tell you how many times I have caught a light at 10 o’clock at night in Perkins with no one else on the road. Apparently road sensors aren’t a thing anymore.

Not only did Broome get a tax passed to sync traffic signals, but so did Kip.
