I wouldnt fret too much. With this type of behavior at such a young age, he will end up arrested again when he is an adult and or get himself killed. Sadly, someone will most likely have to be a victim of his again in order for another arrest to occur, but at least then they can't play the "he's a good kid" card, because we will already have known he was a horrible youth.

What's the difference between abduction and kidnapping ? I thought kidnapping carried a longer sentence .

Is Mt Vernon predominantly black? I've passed through probably 20 or 30 times on the train between GCT and Rye, but I've never really noticed. It's mostly white in Rye.

This is a terrible story. It truly is tragic for all parties. Why would anyone let an 11 year old walk home by herself at 8 p.m.? This doesn't make sense.
