I don’t understand how someone thinks they can get away with gunning down cops in broad daylight. Animalistic behavior.

“DEVELOPING: WWL reports after a pursuit, suspects opened fire on two Mandeville Police Officers near the Beau Chene neighborhood in close proximity to US 190 and LA 22. One officer is confirmed dead and another is receiving care at a nearby hospital.l

So it started basically at the intersection of West Causeway and 22?
(People get confused by 190, 22 and North Causeway, media folks too.)

Not sure where the chase started but the shooting took place on the road by beau chene and troop L.
I think there was a long chase before it ended

I used hunt woodducks and ride dirt bikes behind Troop L before Beau Chene expanded the subdivision.

Okay my wife and 3 kids are at home in beau chen neighborhood. Someone earlier said something about a third suspect on the loose. Any truth to this?

I dont know, but from I was told, all suspects are in custody. Couldnt confirm 2 or 3, just that all were accounted for.

They're saying all accounted for but it wouldn't hurt to tell them to stay put for a while don't answer the door lock everything up
