She is a HORRENDOUS public speaker. When she first went up there I thought she was just some semi-hot SJW housewife. Her original speech was that bad. I believe it was $60k for telcom. So more than likely land-lines and cell phones.
My hunch is they're paying for landlines that aren't even used anymore and haven't renegotiated that contract with AT&T, Cox, Level3, etc.

this is not correct - they still will elect the board members as they always have. the new language in the CEA just requires them to have a member of the MC on the board. In the past it was just tradition, but not required.

Yeah, I don't think it'll be hard to guess which MC members they'll add to the board.

They went round and round on that shite. Comical that some has 12 different amendments, others had only 10. No one had seen this before, all that kinda shite. Very unorganized board. Was confusing just what they were voting on.
Regardless of what the coa does, the metro will get to vote one of their won on. I forget his name, young bald fella, said he wanted 2, 1 wasn't enough.
When the old white wife went to the mic she said she wanted racial equality on the board which the crowd loved.
