Yeah. They are.
Consider this, being abhorrent to a body part is considered psychosis. Some people have this with a a digit, a limb, or an ear. This is clearly defined as psychosis. Yet for some reason, the second it concerns genitalia it is considered brave.
Clearly there is an issue. if you are over the age of 18, cut off whatever you want.
