As someone who was born, raised and went to school in Waco, everyone there in colors is guilty by association.
Nothing but trash.
Nothing but trash.

i'll pick a neutral topic: i bet he fully supports our current asset forfeiture system
I agree with it because why should a criminal be able to leverage any possessions in their defense of said crime, it reduces crime as a deterrent, and lastly but more importantly it helps fund enforcement of future crime.

The most shocking thing about this thread is that it wasn't started by Darth.

I don't doubt that for a minute.

Darth should have explained this aspect of the story, maybe we would have been more receptive.
Good for you, SFP, in bringing this information to light
Agreed. Actually after seeing some of the evidence here it is a little messed up. I kind of wish Darth would've tried to explain the situation. He just seemed to post articles and shite.

Look, MASK part II in Waco. I don't see Rocky and Cher, but I think I see BD Higgins.

I posted what was available. And I did explain it. You just chose to ignore what was being said.
And after watching all this, Waco is even worse than I thought. This is freaking horrible.
I'll be back later. Gotta make a call.

You are aware that in order to for the forfeiture there must be a warrant issue IAW the 4th amendment and it's been proven that the rules for forfeiture are much more stringent than that of even evidentiary property seized ICW a lawful arrest investigation.

I really don't care I would rather a innocent person sit in jail than a guilty one go free on technicalities. Steven Avery is guilty.

Just because they were cowards and hiding behind cover doesn't relieve them of the fact they are part of a criminal organization who went to that establishment to conduct criminal enterprise.
what a dumb arse statement..good grief
if they were criminals, serve warrants and arrest
as much as I think MC guys are thugs, we can't throw out the constitution and shoot or jail someone who is wearing prohibited letters on their jacket.
lazy, thug cops are the real bad guys in this story
