It's horrific misjudgement. And cameras rarely lie... as Tom Zebra would say

Yeah. The guy who got stabbed attacked the winner first.

How is less biker trash on the streets a bad thing. Rico law every biker that was there.

I drive by that Twin Peaks on I-35 all the time and actually drove right past this the day it happened. Traffic was the worst I had ever experienced in Waco that day and I didn't realize why until I heard it on the radio in Dallas. That Twin Peaks is just a vacant building now - I imagine they'll just demolish it

glad to see you are consistent in posting your braindead commentary. i value freedom, due process, and the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. which of these ideals do you have a problem with?

If I was an authoritarian I'd be happy with doing away with all 3 so I could enforce my own justice at will.
Dagnabbit! Foiled again! And if it weren't for that meddling constitution I'd have gotten away with it!

i don't support what they're doing whatsoever, but i do support RICOing these bikers HARD.
i bet most of these clowns are privy to some criminal activity.

i have to imagine RICO would be difficult to prove in this isolated instance

100% of the population is privy to some criminal activity

im not necessarily referring to this instance and once they get out they know the cops will be all over them, so im probably out of luck
Posted on 4/6/16 at 10:57 pm to GreatLakesTiger24
the problem is i doubt that hundreds of people were privy to a criminal conspiracy. were some of them? likely
but the state has to prove that
but the state has to prove that

One thing these videos seem to confirm to me is that the theory I've been hearing about the Cossacks MC starting this whole thing seems to hold merit. And on top of that, it's becoming clearer that the Cossacks were just lackeys, fall guys for something much larger.
Now add in these facts and remember it was the Bandidos and Cossacks MC that were the two main clubs involved.....
1. Long before the Twin Peaks shootout, both state and federal agencies were deeply involved in a massive operation against the Bandido MC. The name of this investigation was "Operation Texas Rocker". The whole goal of this investigation was to hit the Bandido leadership with RICO charges. LINK
2. The Cossacks MC, actually a long standing "mom & pop" club in Texas suddenly recently started wearing Texas bottom rockers and looking for confrontations with Bandidos. Along with this, right before Waco happened, they actually transferred in other members into area. LINK
3. The Cossacks MC had been infiltrated by confidential informants controlled by law enforcement agencies. LINK
4. The fact that law enforcement from city, county, state, and even the Feds all knew there would be trouble that day. They were so sure of it, hours before the first biker showed up they had the place surround, had SWAT on the scene, and even had a pole camera in place to catch everything on video. LINK
This tells me that the cops KNEW before the Waco fight started that it was going to happen. They knew this because of the informants they had in the Cossacks. And that club (the Cossacks) was starting a fight against the club (Bandidos) those same cops were tying to nail for RICO charges.

God damn. I just skimmed through the patio view 2. There was a lot of nothing happening then all of a sudden all the waitresses ran inside. Then this fat dude ran by and tried to use one of those rickety chairs to hide behind. Dude, that shite ain't going to stop anything. Then the other biker dude ran by and shot at something in the distance. Crazy shite.
