I can only imagine. I remember when the story first broke. Dude seemed like he had a stellar career in front of him. Threw it all away for some mythical 11 year old tail smh

This freak was doing some big time name dropping in the jail when he was being booked, as if anyone was going to come to his aid on something like this.
To be honest, with the names he actually was able to drop, I don't blame him for doing it if he did. He was already fricked in more ways than one.
I mean, he clerked for two of the most influential federal judges in this country: Kozinski and Weiner (the latter is influential in NOLA).

I'd imagine the same social and personality deficiencies that made him want to frick an 11 year old boy also led him to believe those same influential people were going to step up to bat for him when he was found with a buncha of condoms and lube in his pocket on the way to meet what he thought was an 11 year old kid.

Don't doubt this at all but is there a source? Apparently he was a complete alcoholic and that's part of his excuse

That makes a lot of sense. Did you work on the Tulane Law and Sexuality Journal as well?

Dude blamed it on the alcohol.

I am a reliable source on such things.
I have no idea whether he was intoxicated or high on anything.

Would've been better for him if he waited until AFTER he posted bail to name drop. No reason to act like a big shot

he was the first ever person to graduate from Tulane law with a 4.0 IIRC.
Ya professors would mention his accomplishments from time to time.
I think this is hilarious.
No Tulane, you will not be receiving any donations.
