Interdasting. I'm going to test some things. the bacon we get is super duper thick cut and I went thinner this go around. I need to make a costco trip for the good bacon. :P

You care enough about the issue to bring it up and continue talking about it.

Darth, I thought shake n bake was for people that didn't know how l actually cook or people cooking for kids. I didn't know adults cooked that way for themselves. 100% honest
Well I did first eat it, I was a kid. But I still prefer grilled or fried. But as you know I have to really limit that sort of stuff now so most of my meals are baked. And doing shake-n-bake chops adds flavor to a way of cooking chops that can leave them rather bland otherwise. Remember, I also can't salt them either.

then he shouldn't care if the ump is giving advice to his kid. I think what the ump did is a good thing.

My mom uses the salt alternative shite, I can flavor up some meat pretty damn well and don't need nasty shake-n-bake to do it.

Like I said, that guy does. I keep the book so I mi8ssed most of what made him mad. But apparently when the ump would give a pitch count to the other team, he'd say something like "you've got 2 strikes on you and three pitches left. YOU DONT HAVE TO SWING". Or he'd tell the girl "This is your fifth Pitch, YOU'VE GOT TO SWING AT THIS ONE". But for our batters he's just tell them how many strikes and pitches they had. He didn't advise the girl on if she had to swing or not.
Technically, he was coaching the other side and not ours. And that's wrong and showing blatant favoritism to one side. But it's still not worth losing your mind over.

Speaking of shake and bake pork chops, I remember once, when I was younger, I was out in the neighborhood and doing what kids do, fighting and whatnot. I was with my friend. His name is B___Y. I can't say his full name, because he will see it and get mad, but I assure you he is a real person. If needed, I can get him to come on and verify this story. Anyway, so I start craving shake and bake porkchops. So B___Y says hey, get in the car and we'll go to Winn Dixie and get some.
So we go there, and of course, we can't find any Shake and Bake. You ever notice how when you're not looking for something, you see it everywhere? But then, when you start looking for it, you can't find it? Well, we can't find any shake and bake, and go up and down each aisle. Finally, my friend asks a person working at Winn Dixie, "where's the Shake and Bake". He says, "Aisle 5". Well, that's the aisle that has paper towels and plates, etc. So I call bullshite to the guy. He gets all mad and says, "find it for yourself then".
So me and my friend go back through the entire store, each aisle. Finally, we find the Shake and Bake. But as luck would have it, there is only chicken Shake and Bake. Nothing for porkchops. So we decide that will work, and we head over to the chicken section. My friend wants white meat chicken. I say that's too dry, and we should do legs and thighs. He hates legs and thighs. So we end up getting in a huge argument in the middle of the store. He ends up spitting on me, so I lean over and smack him in the face. The manager of the store comes over and breaks us up, and tells us to go home.
We ended up eating vienna sausage sandwiches with mustard, and some fritos. We laugh about it now, but at the time, it was like when shake and bake gets too real.
Anybody else have any good shake and bake stories?
