It's got like 33% of the daily allowance, which for me is more like 40 or so percent. You're suppose to have like 2,500 MG a day. I'm suppose to stay around 2,000 MG a day. So as long as I watch what else I eat, I can have it. Don't need to eat it every day. But I can eat it and remain perfectly healthy.

Will do. It should fit much better in my makeup bag. How is it for staying power? I'm having a hard time finding a good primer for eye makeup and the cheap shadow creases and fades so bad.

I wish that were so. The sad truth though is we're 14 games into the season and they're still doing things like trying to stop on 1st or having no idea what to do when a ball is in play. It's not their fault though. They've not held but like one practice since the season started. And they only had about 4 or 5 practices before the season started. And to make matters worse, her coaches are really great guys and all, they just don't have a clue about softball, or even baseball for that matter.

POX, i actually bought in to one of those microwavwe plates for bacon, always put it on a minute over b/c i love mine "crisp. crunchy, burnt almost!), but is a heck of alot easier then cleaning my skillet (not the deuche) and taste pretty OK
