I'd suggest not doing these with weight. You will eventually build these muscles up and get a thicker outer waist unless thats what you are going for.

Yep!I like it. About 30 a month and it's pretty big. Has DB up to 135

Rowing is awesome. It's my favorite "cardio". It can destroy you if you push hard enough.

I want to do it bc I hate cardio. It's weird bc I'm really good at cardio. I just hate it.

You can focus on legs or shoulders/back or both.

I run 2 miles. Then do 15 min on the rowing machine. The hit the weights.
